Yeh i was with telewest broadband/phone/tv which was ok, better tham most i reckon for broadband but they was always going down, one thing or another.
But soooo glad i changed to bethere great in gaming and knocked least 20 of my ping, also much better for uploading/downloading stuff....very big difference.
It did mean i had to change to BT Phone to get it but was worth all the changover cos we now got sky tv/bt phone/bethere 24mb and still works out bout the same as cable :]

I think the max you prob would get with BT is bout 4mb from that 8mb stated, for £1 less (£18.00) you can get bethere 24mb unlimited which you would prob get 8mb+, also uploads i get around 900

Seems cheap as well Also when we move ill make sure I get wired internet and not wireless.. Oh and BT internet does go own sometimes as well, not that much though

I setup the router for wireless in our house so we can use the laptops, but i use a cat6 cable on mine and the lads from the router for gaming purposes.
